Warranty Policy

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, all products come with a manufacturer’s warranty period of one (1) year after the date of purchase from TMP (“warranty period”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty shall not be applicable to any defect arising from any improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or any repair/modification made without the consent of TMP.

Subject to TMP acceptance of the product for return during the warranty period, TMP may at its discretion, repair, replace or refund the amount paid by the customer for the returned product in store credit. 

2. Warranty Return

Customer claiming for warranty must notify the Company in writing and must return the products as instructed and communicated by the Company.  All returns for warranty claim are subject to the following:-

1. Returned products must be accompanied by an advice note stating the original invoice number in respect of the products and the nature of any claimed defect failing which TMP may refuse such claim due to lack of details and return the same to the Customer. All associated costs for this return shall be borne by the Customer.
2. Warranty period for the replacement product shall be the unexpired period of the manufacturer’s warranty period.
